Horn of Africa Peace Network (HAPEN) is a not-for-profit making and Non- Governmental Organization that was established in 2008 in response to immense suffering caused by protracted civil strife from 1991. The organization is registered both in Kenya and Somalia. HAPEN works to provide relief emergency and other humanitarian support to the affected populations in Somalia while building their capacity to reduce their vulnerability. The organization serves different groups including pastoralists, farming, agro-pastoralists, fishing, urban, rural, returnees and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) Horn of Africa Peace Network - HAPEN cordially invites Interested and eligible respective logistics companies /vendors with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar works to submit their qoutes for the provision of a monthly vehicle rent service for HAPPEN project locations of Dolow, Luuq and Garbaharey Interested Logistics Companies /Contractors/ Vendors with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work are here by invited to submit their qoutes in a SEALED envelope, clearly marked with quote reference as mentioned in the above table Provision of Vehicle rental service and be deposited/delivered at HAPEN I Office in Kismayo, farjano Village. All RFQ document is available at our Office in Kismayo, Farjano Village– Near ARC Office and are obtained at NO fee. The deadline for submitting the qoutes is on or before July 29th, 2020 at 05:00 Pm and any qoutes or documents received later than this date and time will not be accepted. The sealed envelopes should be dropped at HAPEN Tender Box.
